Construction Staff means the Project executive, project managers and superintendents assigned to the project, administrative and professional staff performing scheduling, cost estimating and accounting services assigned on a full-time basis to the Project site; Fringe Benefits associated with construction staff; Payroll taxes and payroll insurance associated with construction staff; Staff costs associated with obtaining permits and approvals.
